1. Mr Bing
The founder of this food truck came up with his concept while traveling in Beijing and eating the local street food-- particularly, the jianbing. This quick traditional dish is similar to a crepe, and often contains hoisin sauce, scallions, sesame seeds, and egg. However, Mr. Bing can customize their creations to your liking and often adds different meats like duck, pork, and chicken to the mix.
2. Sisig City
Sisig City bring Filipino food to NYC! The owner, Manny, has built a strong liking for Filipino cuisine and created dishes that mixed those flavors together. Come by for some pork belly "Lechon sliders" and "CrunchCups" handmade wontons filled with chicken and crema. Yum!
3. The Basket
The Basket is a picnic-themed truck that serves several locations, including Madison Square Park and Central Park. Their idea was to sell cheeses, gourmet sandwiches, and charcuterie to people who wanted to spend their entire day with their family in those locations.
4. Harlem SeaFood Soul
